You’ve Been in a War You Didn’t Know About
Where we come from, “warfare” means:
- Street drama
- Family brokenness
- Poverty cycles
- Systemic pressure
Scripture says there’s something behind all of that.
“For we wrestle not against flesh and blood…”
— Eph’siym (Ephesians) 6:12
The real ops are not your ex, your job, your baby mama, or your boss. The real war is spiritual.
The Real Enemy: Not People, But Principalities
Sha’ul lists your real opposition:
- Principalities
- Powers
- Rulers of the darkness of this world
- Spiritual wickedness in high places
These unseen powers:
- Push agendas
- Influence culture
- Keep neighborhoods in cycles
- Whisper lies into wounded hearts
Once you see this, you stop wasting ammo on the wrong targets.
How the Enemy Attacks in Our Context
- Mind Games – “You’ll never change,” “You’re just like your dad,” “Trust nobody.”
- Temptation – Fast money, lust, retaliation, self-medication.
- Division – Families split, brothers falling out, communities cannibalizing themselves.
- Hopelessness – Numbness, depression, suicidal thoughts.
This is why you can “leave the streets” and still feel like you’re in a cage.
YAHUSHA: The Chain-Breaker, Not a Church Brand
YAHUSHA didn’t come to make soft church people. He came to:
- Set captives free
- Break yokes
- Give sight to the blind
- Announce the Kingdom of YAHUAH
He steps into trauma, not away from it. He speaks to the hood, the broken, the overlooked.
Basic Warfare Steps for the Remnant in the Trenches
- Switch Sides for Real
- Repent. Renounce darkness. Call on the Name of YAHUSHA.
- This isn’t about joining a club — it’s changing kingdoms.
- Close Demonic Doorways
- Sexual sin, occult stuff, unforgiveness, bitterness, revenge fantasies.
- Shut them through confession, repentance, and the blood of YAHUSHA.
- Suit Up in the Armor of YAHUAH
- Truth, righteousness, peace, faith, salvation, the Word (Ephesians 6).
- This is your gear now.
- Change Your Atmosphere
- Music, media, conversations — they all feed something.
- Starve what’s killing you. Feed what’s healing you.
- Walk With Other Soldiers, Not Lone Wolves
- The enemy loves isolated, gifted, wounded people.
- Find remnant community, not perfect people but real ones.
You’re Not Weak for Needing Deliverance
Where we grow up, asking for help is seen as weakness. In the Kingdom, humility is how you get free.
- Deliverance is not weird — it’s war.
- Inner healing is not soft — it’s surgery.
The goal isn’t to be “churchy.” The goal is to be free and effective in YAHUSHA.

Final Word to the Ones in the Fire
If you’ve survived what should’ve killed you:
- You’re not here by accident
- YAHUAH preserved you on purpose
- The war on your life is proof there’s a call on your life
Learn the real enemy. Use the real weapons. Fight the real war.
In YAHUSHA, you’re not just from the hood — You’re a soldier in the Kingdom, assigned to bring light right where darkness thought it had you.
