identity, calling
Day 6: Identity
1 Peter 2:9
"But you are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, a set-apart nation, a peculiar people, that you may proclaim the praises of Him who called you out of darkness into His marvelous light."
Reflection
You'll live like whoever you believe you are. 1 Peter 2:9 says you are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, a set-apart nation, a peculiar people. That's remnant language. The world keeps trying to rename you based on your past, your trauma, your mistakes, or your stats. YAHUAH names you based on covenant and purpose.
Today is about rejecting every false label—broken, worthless, failure, church kid, black sheep—and agreeing with what YAHUAH says. Identity in YAHUSHA is not positive thinking; it's legal reality. You were bought with a price. You belong to Him. When you really believe that, compromise loses its grip, and people's opinions stop being your god.
Prayer
YAHUAH, I break agreement with every lie I believed about myself that didn't come from You. Through YAHUSHA, You call me chosen, royal, set-apart, and Yours. Write that truth deep in my spirit. Let my choices line up with my true identity, not my old bondage. Teach me to live like a child of the King and a member of Your remnant. Amein.
Action Step
Write a list: "Who YAHUAH says I am," using Scripture. Read it out loud over yourself and keep it where you'll see it daily.
