Do Not Love the World

1 John 2:15

"Love not the world, neither the things that are in the world."

Reflection

The world sells a shiny version of death. Scripture doesn’t say “don’t notice” the world—it says don’t love it. Love is attachment, and attachment changes your loyalty. If you love what hates YAHUAH, you’ll slowly start defending what He calls evil. The remnant is learning holy detachment. We can live in society without being owned by it. You don’t have to chase what everybody chases. When you love YAHUAH, the world’s bait loses its flavor.

Prayer

YAHUAH, detach my heart from worldly lust and pride. RUACH HAQODESH, realign my desires so I love what You love and hate what You hate. In YAHUSHA's Name, amein.
