Wisdom & Boundaries
Guard Your Heart Like a Gate
Proverbs 4:23
"Keep thy heart with all diligence; for out of it are the issues of life."
Reflection
Your heart is a gate, and gates are meant to be guarded. If everything can enter—every opinion, every offense, every lustful thought—your life will leak peace and clarity. That’s why Scripture says “all diligence.”
The enemy loves unguarded hearts because unguarded hearts are easy to manipulate. The remnant learns to filter what we watch, who we listen to, and what we dwell on. Guarding your heart isn’t being cold; it’s being disciplined so you can stay free.
Prayer
YAHUAH, teach me to guard my heart with diligence. RUACH HAQODESH, show me what has been getting access that shouldn’t. Restore clean boundaries in my mind and emotions. Amein.
Action Step
Choose one boundary today: limit social media, stop doom-scrolling, end a toxic conversation loop, or cut off a repeating trigger.
