Stop Drinking Poison Called Bitterness

Ephesians 4:31-32

"Let all bitterness... be put away from you... forgiving one another..."

Reflection

Bitterness feels like protection, but it’s poison you drink hoping somebody else gets sick. Sha’ul says put it away because bitterness doesn’t just hurt “them”—it corrodes you. The remnant forgives because we value freedom more than revenge fantasies. Forgiveness doesn’t excuse sin; it releases your heart from being chained to it. RUACH HAQODESH can heal deep wounds, but you have to stop feeding them with replay and rage.

Prayer

YAHUAH, heal my heart and remove bitterness. RUACH HAQODESH, give me grace to forgive and walk free in YAHUSHA. Amein.

Action Step

Write the name of someone you’re bitter toward. Pray blessing over them once today—obedience first, feelings later.
