Stop Entertaining the Serpent

Genesis 3:1

"Now the serpent was more subtil than any beast of the field which YAHUAH Elohiym had made."

Reflection

Temptation usually shows up as conversation before it shows up as collapse. The serpent didn’t start with a bite; he started with a question. That’s how deception works—soft, curious, and “harmless.” If you keep entertaining what RUACH already warned you about, you are giving darkness free access to your mind. The remnant doesn’t negotiate with sin; we close the door. Discernment isn’t paranoia—it’s protection. Some voices don’t deserve your attention, because attention is agreement in slow motion.

Prayer

YAHUAH, sharpen my discernment. Forgive me for entertaining what You already exposed as dangerous. RUACH HAQODESH, teach me to shut doors quickly and obey Your warnings without delay. In the Name of YAHUSHA HA'MASHIACH, amein.

Action Step

Identify one “conversation” you keep entertaining (content, person, thought pattern). Cut it off today—block, unfollow, delete, or distance—with no apology.
