Stop Making People Your Source
Psalm 118:8
"It is better to trust in YAHUAH than to put confidence in man."
Reflection
When people become your source, they become your idol. That leads to disappointment, manipulation, and fear of man. Tehillim says trust YAHUAH more—because only He is stable.
The remnant loves people, but we don’t worship them. We receive help with gratitude, but our confidence stays anchored in YAHUAH. If humans disappoint you, that’s not proof faith is fake; it’s proof you put weight on someone who couldn’t carry it.
Prayer
YAHUAH, forgive me for misplaced confidence. RUACH HAQODESH, anchor my trust in You alone and heal any disappointment I’ve been carrying. In YAHUSHA's Name, amein.
Action Step
Identify one area you’ve depended on people instead of prayer. Bring it to YAHUAH first today.
