Discipline & Stewardship

Your Body Is a Temple

1 Corinthians 6:19

"Know ye not that your body is the temple of the Set-Apart Spirit...?"

Reflection

Your body is not disposable. Sha’ul says your body is a temple, which means how you treat it is spiritual business. Discipline isn’t vanity; it’s stewardship. The enemy loves exhausted, unmanaged believers because tired bodies make sloppy decisions. The remnant honors YAHUAH with practical obedience: rest, boundaries, movement, and wisdom with food and habits. You don’t have to worship fitness to respect your temple. Caring for your body is one way you say, “I belong to YAHUAH.”

Prayer

YAHUAH, help me honor You with my body. RUACH HAQODESH, strengthen my discipline and give me wisdom to steward my health well. In YAHUSHA's Name, amein.

Action Step

Take one stewardship step today: hydrate, walk 20 minutes, sleep earlier, or remove one habit that drains your body.
