Climate Fear and the Rise of Green Religion
Scripture is clear:
- The earth is YAHUAH’s.
- We are called to steward, not destroy.
But in our time, something else is happening:
- Climate fear
- Eco-guilt
- Apocalyptic messaging without YAHUAH
A new green religion is forming. (Related: Scroll, Compare, Numb: Social Media and the War on Your Soul.)
From Stewardship to Worship
Healthy:
- Reduce waste
- Respect resources
- Consider future generations
Idolatry:
- Treating the earth as the highest authority
- Acting like human sin against the Creator doesn’t matter, only sin against creation
- Seeing humanity as the “virus” that must be controlled or reduced
The created order becomes the god, and YAHUAH gets written out.
Fear as a Control Mechanism
You hear:
- “We only have X years left.”
- “If you don’t support these policies, you want the planet to die.”
Some concerns may be valid. But the spirit behind much of the messaging is:
“Panic now, obey now, don’t question.”
Fear makes people:
- Give up freedoms
- Accept heavy control
- Turn on each other

The Missing Piece: The Creator
Solutions presented:
- Tech
- Policy
- Global agreements
Rarely:
- Repentance
- Righteousness
- Obedience to YAHUAH
A world that refuses to repent tries to fix judgment with legislation.
How the Remnant Should See This
We:
- Reject trashing the earth.
- Reject worshiping the earth.
- Acknowledge real problems without bowing to fear.
- Remember that YAHUAH, not man, holds the final word over creation.
Prophecy tells us:
- The earth will shake.
- Judgments will come.
- Creation groans because of sin.
Climate fear often forgets the cause and just fights the symptoms.
Standing in Peace, Not Panic
- Refuse to Be Manipulated by Fear Language.
- Be a Good Steward Where You Are.
- Point People From Creation to the Creator.
- Remember YAHUSHA holds all things together—until He returns.
Final Call
We’re not here to join the cult of panic. We’re here to steward the earth and preach the Kingdom.
The earth is not our Elohiym. It’s our assignment.
Let’s care for creation without bowing to green religion.
