Time Is Not Neutral

Calendars aren’t just about dates; they’re about authority.

  • YAHUAH gave appointed times and months
  • Empires created their own systems
  • Over time, most believers forgot there even was a biblical calendar

From Biblical to Roman

Biblical rhythm:

  • Days counted from evening to evening
  • Months tied to observable cycles
  • Feasts anchored in harvest and covenant

Roman rhythm:

  • Renamed months (Julius Caesar, Augustus, etc.)
  • Days divorced from moedim (appointments)
  • Power shifted from YAHUAH’s timeline to imperial time

The more the church aligned with Rome, the more it drifted from Hebrew timing.

Why Heaven’s Timing Matters

  1. Obedience
YAHUAH set times on purpose.
  1. Prophecy
His calendar frames His redemptive plan.
  1. Identity
Living by His rhythm marks you as His.

Can You Use the Roman Calendar and Still Honor YAHUAH?

Yes—you live in this world. You’ll still:

  • Show up to work on Monday
  • Pay bills on the 1st
  • Recognize “January”

But you can:

  • Learn the scriptural months and feasts
  • Note YAHUAH’s appointed times on your calendar
  • Build your home’s rhythm around His days, not Rome’s priorities

The Remnant’s Time Shift

This isn’t about becoming weird for weird’s sake. It’s about aligning your life with the King’s rhythm.

You didn’t choose to be born on Rome’s clock. You can choose to walk on YAHUAH’s.
